Canaan Restaurant offers some of the freshest and tastiest food, certainly, in the Cerritos area. Service is friendly and courteous. Dishes from their dim sum collection are exceptionally good. I'm a huge fan of the salt & pepper pork chops. But what has always impressed me with each visit is the freshness of each dish. Everything is well prepared, consistently flavorful and enjoyable. And the music played in the background makes the meal an extra "blessed" encounter!

Some of the best food I've had in a while. I especially loved the Clam & Winter Melon soup, the Chongqing chicken, and the string beans with bean curd.

First time here but not the last for sure. Had the garlic chicken Shanghai style, the assorted fried noodle Shanghai style the onion cake and Shanghai steamed dumplings.
