Everything but the pie.... We visited CheriO's for lunch on a Friday. Though it was empty when we walked in, it quickly filled up with locals, which is always a good sign. We had the Southwest 7-layer sandwich and the daily special, which was the "Jumping Jalapeno" sandwich. Both were good, only slightly spicy, and satisfying without being filling. Service was good and quick.
We had originally chosen this place due to a recommendation from some friends and because we had heard that they had homemade pies, which we always look forward to. We were somewhat disappointed to learn that the only pie (that day, anyhow) was cherry. Not that we went away without dessert, mind you. They had plenty of ice cream and soda fountain treats to satisfy our sweet tooth.
