Three Dollar Cafe Atlanta

I've passed this cafe/sports bar on Northside drive more times than i can remember. Today, i decided to stop in for lunch. It's larger than I imagined it would be with enough television screens and sports channels to keep everyone entertained and happy. Jaleah was bartending on the day and she definitely helped to make this experience a pleasurable one. She brought me water and took my order within a couple of me taking a seat. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Club ($9.29) which you can get as a sandwich or a wrap. The water was complimentary. I choose the wrap and it did not disappoint. It came fully loaded with steak fries that were the size of my fingers. You could easily share this sandwich and fries between two people. I could only manage half and Jaleah offered me a take-a-way container for the other half. There were never more than a dozen people in the restaurant during the time I was there for lunch but I can imagine that this sports fan cave doesn't always stay this way. There was a host at the door to meet, greet and seat customers, as needed. You have a choice of seating, whether it's at the bar, high tables, low tables or booths. There's an extensive beer menu and a wall of draft beer taps behind the bar and a rather large beer cooler with additional bottled beers. The Cafe's menu has such a wide variety of choices that you might overwhelmed just trying to choose something from all of the items available. Take a moment and enjoy your surrounding while you make up your mind. If you don't pay attention, you might miss the FREE parking sign for customers. It's southbound in the middle of the building between 10th and 11th street on Northside Drive. Take advantage of it, otherwise trying to find parking in the area will prove tricky. Overall, the service was good but the music was fantastic. It had my head bobbing all the way through lunch. I might have sang out loud a a few times but no one complained. I'll likely go back for lunch another day and spend some time checking the other areas of this massive sports bar.

Great service, friendly staff, cooks that know what they’re doing to make tasty food, and 40 beers on tap!
