Came in around 430 for the 5 o'clock dinner service with my wife and was pleasantly greeted by both the male and female bartenders behind the bar and was asked if we'd be joining them for dinner. They jotted us down on the paper and asked us we'd like a drink. They did not have a cocktail menu but they did have a decent wine list and a few handfuls of beers to choose from. Dinner opened promptly at 5 sharp, was quickly seated as per their first come first served listed they'd been making from the dinner guests at the bar. We had the tomato and mozzarella seasonal appetizer, HUGE tomatoes! Like we questioned the size of the tomato the slices came from but they were absolutely amazing. House salad came next with homemade italian dressing, that was great as well. I had the chicken parm, perfect. Wife had the lump crab and portobello mushroom scampi, she said it was great. Peanut butter cheesecake and 5 layer chocolate cake for dessert, both good. Great experience over, really started our evening of with a great dinner. Will be back to try something new.

We were visiting Atlantic City from NC and wanted to try Angelo’s after an old friend recommended it. We absolutely loved it! There were four of us and everyone had a great meal. From bread to dessert & coffee and everything in between was delicious! Service was exceptional and servers friendly. I would highly recommend Angelo’s Fairmount Tavern.

Mussels Red are the best with house red wine. Lobster Ravioli has a whole lobster tail on top. Love this place.
