I will not be going to here ever again. My girlfriend and I ordered breakfast here and paid for it and for some reason our order wasn’t showing up on her end and I was just looking for other ways to confirm it other than price (meal order meal price). That wasn’t the upsetting part, the upsetting part was the poor customer service we got as I was politely trying to find a way to confirm our order. As I was finding other ways she was just raising her voice at me saying she “wasn’t finna argue” and she just kept raising her voice and said I was holding up the line (when there was no one behind us until about a minute before we left). Had no problems here before but it was a terrible experience and I’m not gonna tolerate someone being rude when I’m politely trying to find an answer to the situation. And who know it probably was a technology glitch, but the meanness was just unwarranted.

This is easily the trashiest restaurant I've ever been to. The staff seem angry all the time. I've never once received my entire order. I'm always short. Management never responds. They're straight trash.

I really wish that they would stop forgetting all of the sauce when I order on DoorDash, ghost pepper ranch is the only thing that gives me happiness when I order the spicy chicken nuggets.

Slowest "fast food" restaurant in the area. I've stopped by 4 times over the years and have never made ot through the drive through in less than 10 minutes. Even if the line is only 3 cars, which is rare. I've pulled off after waiting 20 minutes in line twice.

Ordered 3 - 10 PC nuggets with sauces. Received NO sauces for all those nuggets. Tried calling 3 times to complain about it. It rang about 20 times each time... til it disconnected my call each time. Nobody ever answered the phone. Thanks Wendys for hiring incompetent people that can't even give you the sauces when your order all those nuggets.

Let’s normalize quitting your job that you clearly hate instead of being rude to your customers!! Whoever the lady working the drive thru at 2:05pm on Sunday March 27th, 2022 needs to be fired. She has no customer service skills whatsoever the second she got on the intercom and then wanted to say “I’m scared of dogs” as her excuse when I was clearly holding my little Pomeranian and he was no where near him and couldn’t even see him until I got to her window. I even drove off without taking my drink since I was so disgusted with the way she was acting from the second she came on the intercom so I didn’t have to match her nasty energy. Skip this location !

Food is fresh and have the best fries I've ever had. Their lemonade is highly impressive and I've never found anything else like it. Although it is just a fast food restaurant so you can expect an error every now and then.

The worst Wendy’s experience ever. And there’s been many. This time as we sat and waited for which seemed like a decade, jst to order our food. We were then greeted by someone whom seemed to be in a rush. As soon as the 1st combo was order we got hit with a quick “is tht it?” Well no. 2 double bacon burgers NO cheese. “Is tht it” no is tht it. Ok at this point whether it is or not we seem to be bothering her so yeah Thts it. We had a coupon we aren’t sure if she took it off or what happened. We either owed money or she owed us chg. Either way she disappeared til she threw our bags of food at us. She looked as if she could’ve been on something. We ckd the bags only to find out, just like 3 other patrons whom walked back up to the drive thru window in front of us complaining their orders were messed up and or missing something, ours was as well. We saw whom looked to be the mgr walk up to the register at the window. We knocked on the window and he turned and walked away. Finally another worker slowly made his way to the window and seemed to be bother by the fact we were missing part of our order. Which happened to be the bacon burgers NO cheese (due to dairy allergy). The girl who took our order came back with a bag shoved out the window “ Here you go (with attitude)” we ckd the burgers before leaving only to find out to no surprise the burgers weren’t freshly made, they took the burgers apart leaving behind pieces of cheese. Did I mention we asked for no cheese due to a dairy allergy? After leaving we decided to call to speak to a mgr. The manager kept talking over me and didn’t seem to want to take my complaint, gave me attitude and said “BIYEEEE” great job wendys
