Ice cream machine was down so nothing with ice cream could be purchased. Was only the second customer of 2 people in the facility but, it still took 14 minutes to receive my 2 burgers.
There was a customer that didn't want fries so the worker that was serving him took the fries out of his bag and put them back with the other fries. One customer left after she saw what she had done. I ordered my food and they didn't have any receipts and was writing the order on bags. I will never
I was very pleased. The young lady that waited on me showed excellent customer service. She was upbeat and pleasant. This experience was way better than months ago. I hope they keep it up.
It was a good experience until I looked in the ice cream cup I bought and saw that there was ice cream only in the edge of the cup.. so I asked the young lady why what's the ice cream cup like that and she said the manager instructor her to only put $1 worth of ice cream in a cup go figure
Long line at the drive thru...but didn't feel it at all...very fast, friendly, and thorough ...
This is the Gordon Highway location where there is Roses, Harveys etc...We went there 10.30 pm in the night. Noone was in the line. We came back home to see 3 soggy fries and the bag our fries was in had 2 popsicle sticks seemed like someone had either ice pops there and threw in there or ate 2 corn
Food was excellent and dining area was very clean along with the restrooms.
Very slow service, no drinks, except water and tea.
