Ate here yesterday for the first time and I won't let the sun set too many times before I return! The fish and chips are outstanding! Great piece of fish wrapped in a glorious batter. It's as good as I've eaten anywhere in the world, but that not the whole story.... Our waiter Ken was wonderful! The kind of server you always hope for, but sadly rarely get, he made us feel welcome and served us graciously. In a town with lots of good food, this little pub is a standout place.

The perfect pub with the perfect pour! I love � everything about BD's. Austin could use a few more pubs like this. When I die I'm gonna have my ashes scattered throughout the pub! Lol. Ok maybe not. Not sure how the staff and owners would feel about that. Seriously though I truly love � this pub and its sister pub. They have a awesome Irish and Scotch whiskey selection and five Irish beer � taps. But that's not all. They have many more beers, wines and other whiskey's. When you are here I recommend pigging out on their great menu selections. I like the Diablo Wings and Fish-n- Chips and Shepherd's Pie. Trust me on these items. You won't be sorry. Speaking of wings, my order just arrived! Twelve wings for roughly eleven bucks! Not a bad deal!! Peace out!!

Immaculately clean, outstanding service, delicious drinks/food, and the place to watch Reds matches. Either I'm dreaming or I've died and woke up in heaven. This is an awesome pub with awesome people running it.
