First thing on my list when I moved to the states: Get a proper grilled cheese sandwich. After browsing my Instagram feed I found the right spot. Burro's! A small, not really a trailer but more like a container, kitchen on the S Congress Avenue. I didn't paid much attention to the opening hours so the first time I have been here was a Tuesday and it was closed. I came again a couple of days later and have been let down. I ordered the Waylon and Willie and it was so delicious. Everything is made fresh and it's hot, no gooey cheese or what soever. The bread toasted to perfection, can't wait for my next bite!

This location is a little further south than Google maps suggested - its in a bright yellow shipping container type building. The grilled cheese combinations were all creative and delicious. We especially loved the goat cheese and mac and cheese options!

One of my favorite food trucks in Austin. You can't go wrong with any item on the menu. My personal favorite is the Via 206 with the sweetness of the fig glaze.
