**Sichuan River: Tasty and Friendly!**
- *Food:* The Sichuan stir-fried chicken was super tasty, crispy, and just the right amount of spicy! There are lots of other yummy Sichuan dishes to explore, and it's affordable – only $30 for two dishes!
- *Service:* The waitress was really nice. It’s Chinese style service, so dont expect much here
- *Ambiance:* The restaurant was clean and cozy, though a bit dim. If they used brighter lights, it would create a warmer atmosphere.
In my book, Sichuan River gets a 4 out of 5! If you enjoy flavorful food, friendly service, and a cozy setting, this place is a great choice. Give it a try and enjoy a tasty adventure!
Service was so nice! Food was tasty, perfectly spicy, and authentic- felt like home. Portions were huge and so so worth it. Salted duck was the best part!
Go for the food. Very authentic and delicious. Try something different than your usual. Ask for recommendations. You won’t be disappointed. Sichuan River is the real thing. Dine in or take out. Twice cooked pork - OMG! Eggplant in garlic sauce - yes! One of the great old Austin eateries!
The food was excellent! Good portions, nice presentation. Everything was cooked perfectly. Moo Shu Pork meat was tender while the cabbage was not overcooked like so many restaurants tend to do. Crispy Duck was golden and crisp with the meat juicy and tender. Great flavor for both!
