I order deliveries of cookies for clients on a regular basis, and the service has always been fantastic. But this week, your employee Mordecai went above and beyond--calling and texting me to say he couldn't locate the address I'd ordered for. He offered the options of rescheduled delivery (even though the error was on my end) and then waited patiently while I reached out to the recipient to figure out the snafu and get the cookies to the right spot. Employee of the month! :-) Thank you!

This location is the best! Parking is readily available, tons of options for cookies (the sprinkles chocolate chip and snickerdoodle are our favorites). Priscilla should be employee of the month. She had great recommendations and was one of the kindest most genuine humans! Always the best customer service, cookies are delicious, and they always have deals and things to make the cookies affordable. Best company, great people, and the location is fantastic! Thanks to the tiffs team. That is all!
