I stop by for breakfast maybe once or twice a week, sometimes skipping a week, anyhoo. I have had the best service for months now. Her name is Crystal and she is wonderful. I always order non-breakfast food at 8am, like cheesesticks and chili cheese fries, lol. She never bats an eyelash at the inconvenience of having to fry up some eats for me. She is always polite and never forgets to ask if I need ketchup, etc. These days good customer service is far and few between. I very rarely offer reviews, but I wanted to give a huge kudos to Crystal. CRYSTAL YOU ROCK!
The server was great and friendly , but I ordered my hamburger dry and it came with Mayo. I also ordered a sweet tea and got a coke. The food was still good and I drank the coke, so all is good in the world. I had already left and returned to the office before I realized the mistake. But to make up for it I did find a tot in my fires, so that was awesome 👏🏻
I placed an order via the Sonic app. A simple order with several details. A route 44 drink with easy ice, extra peach flavor and strawberries. I asked for a specific number of dipping sauces and every detail was fulfilled. I have 0 complaints! The waitresses apologized for the short wait but the food was made fresh and was not sitting in a storage drawer waiting to be served. I'll gladly wait for fresh cooked food even if it is from a Sonic and not a major restaurant. I love how the app had a tipping option on it now. I never carry cash on me and always felt really bad for not giving a tip to my waitresses. The exit trash can wasn't overflowing like other location so I could actually throw away my trash. This was a surprise to me due to that I arrived at the lunch hour rush!
Me and my dog walk to this Sonic 3-4 mornings a week. The customer service is great, there is never a long wait & my orders are always right! The Assistant Manager Madison H. goes above and beyond everytime! She knows me on a first name basis and has my order memorized. I highly recommend this Sonic! Not to mention they have a maintenance man always keeping the property looking clean and nice! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10 A+++
A great place but I tried to leave a customized tip for my car hop and the touch screen menu board wouldn't take my entry's very well and then the system timed out so my car hop ended up with only a 5cent tip. Fix your touch screen system please.
Wow, what a beautiful Sonic and the service was excellent. Whoever our server was, a beautiful young woman with blue fingernails-- she deserves a raise. She was so helpful and had a sunny disposition that made our day. Thank you!
