Carolinas is great place to eat, had the red chilli buritto, it was very tasty, big. Also tried the green chilli tamal, and to finish i also had the butter tortilla as the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend this restaurant to any mexican food lover. Prices are great, what else can you ask for.

It's awesome like all the other locations....Order your buttered tortillas separately, or your food will sit therefor 20 minutes until they decide to butter one of the tortillas they make ever 30 seconds...other than that...my fav Mexican food place in the valley. #4 Green, add a beef taco on the side, you won't be disappointed

I loooooove Carolinas. This place is new, and even though they're just getting started and are always packed, they do really well. Except they're menu is different as far as combo numbers as the other locations lol. So I sent my son for my chorizo con papas, etc, which showed as a #13 in the online South Phoenix location and it's actually a #6 here lol. I still enjoyed it. But it was too much food. So my son enjoyed it even more!!! I'm glad to have you here!!!!!
