Red Top Kitchen Baldwin Park

Found this newly opened restaurant near my school (Cal Poly Pomona). It's a great Vietnamese restaurant. The decorating is modern and clean compared to other Asian restaurants around the area. It's a family own business. The environment is cheerful and friendly. They have 3 large TVs which are great entertainment while we were eating. College football and premier league soccer were showing. The waiter is young and inexperience but the owner is pretty attentive and gave us very good discounts and free drinks when I and my friends were here on Friday. We ordered 2 large Pho, 2 rice dishes, and a vermicelli with smoothies drinks. But he only charged us $18 and gave us ice cream for dessert. The pho was exceptionally flavorful - best around the area in my opinion - and the shaken beef is juicy and tasted awesome!! The owner also let us tried their Flat Rice Noodle (Thai Style). It's a little bit oily but the spicy sauce was delicious and the smell of the stir fried basil made my mouth watery. Our experience with their service was great for a newly opened restaurant. I give it a 5 stars for the exquisite food and their somewhat superb service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The best Pho and all their dishes are delicious too!! I was just there and loved it! Thai ice tea with boba so refreshing..
