The employees there are very helpful and nice. I cannot eat onions I forgot my sandwich came with onions so I forgot to ask for it without which was completely my fault and I went and talked to them and they made me a complete new sandwich without onions and were very kind. Another day later I went back and the manager remembered me and asked the crew to make sure there were no onions on the sandwich before I even got it without me saying anything that time i asked for no onions but she was just making sure because she knew I couldn't eat them. They have always been very polite and kind and helpful I love the employees at this restaurant.

We came in Early in the Day, Don't live in the area ! It was clean when we came in !Their Brisket Meat in General in other locations, is Not as Good so it was During Covid ? Today was Very fatty and Grisly ! Needs Improvements in that area at all locations! It was Tough and Fatty ! Need to ask about Fries ,because we don't eat their much and didn't eat the curly fries , We don't eat spicy Fries ! We as a Group of 3 threw away a lot of fries ! Ask or tell about spicy fries ,it would improve for people who don't eat their much ?

The food is good, but the time it takes them to make basic stuff with very little to no customers is insane! If they can increase the speed of service I can bump this review up. Update 6/11: The speed that food is coming out now is incredible. No longer does it take 45 mins to get a sandwich and fries. Thank you for fixing this!!
