I went to Zaxby's located on 13770 Millerville green Blvd LA. I did order my spicy club signature sandwich and they give it to me with out bacon. I did ask. They said we are out of bacon. After I did pay the regular price and their answer was: Do you want it or not? I told the lady that the cashier didn't mention no having bacon. I shouldn't be charged for it. And the answer was the same. Do you want it or not? I will not go back to this location. By the way my Cobb salad no bacon, no tomato, no purple cabbage, no carrots, and no fried onions 😤 worst Zaxby's ever.

Easy to order ahead with mobile app. Awesome Coca Cola Freestyle drink options. Costumer service was top notch and the food was fresh and delicious. Updated visit: Got the new spicy chicken sandwich with some fries, side of fried cheese balls and an order of chicken strips just because. The new sandwich was really good. The recent battle of the chicken sandwich has really gotten every competitor to step up their game.

It was better before. I used to get very big pieces and nicely seasoned fries. This time it was a below par. Fries were seasoned with salt only, and I basically got nuggets instead of strips.

Ask for fresh food received lukewarm fries and tenders not fresh. This should be cooked to order and should not just sit there. Will never get anything again. Sticking with Raising Canes which is much better and always fresh and hot

Over the past month Zaxby's has become one of my favorite places! I usually get the garden house salad with lite ranch dressing. I've probably been there about 8 times this month. Their spicy fried mushrooms are pretty tasty as well.

I have been to this location maybe 5 times since they opened. Each time I have gone I have been given the wrong order. I always order boneless wings and recieve the wrong sauce on the wings, dipping sauce, quantity or combo. Tonight I ordered a salad to be safe. I ordered the Blackened Blue Zalad. When I was able to get to my destination I realized they had given me the Cobb Zalad instead. Too far away to return so I will just eat it. Highly disappointed that I can never recieve the correct order.
