I had a very good time with my family. The waterpark was pretty sweet and very kid friendly. Awesome set up. Kids loved it and the adults had fun to. The rooms and beds were comfy. The 2nd floor lounge is awesome with the taxidermy animals and just a chill spot. Main floor lobby was awesome. Reasonable prices on concessions and also the arcade. Complimentary breakfast buffet was pretty good. Fun atmosphere. MOST of the staff seemed pretty decent. Had a mix up with rooms and we did not get adjoining rooms, especially for the price it was, but so is life. Would definitely stay again. My wife, 2 kiddos, and I had a blast with family.

Very nice rooms, they check us in 2hrs early. Next morning I woke up late, went down to see if I have time for breakfast and there was a staff lady in the dining who was taking everything down because breakfast was over, but she managed to get us everything she can with a smile on her face and extra attention. Staff was very nice, but this lady was the best. Too bad didn’t get her name.

We had a really wonderful experience at the Arrowwood. We visited for my son's birthday, which was also Thanksgiving Day. The restaurant staff brought my son a special birthday treat, which made his night. My children, ages 7 and 3 LOVED the waterpark and arcade! A memorable moment was being in the hot tub outside at night with snowflakes falling-- beautiful! We loved that we could order restaurant food to our room without a service fee. (Awesome after swimming!) The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the divider that made it into two spaces. The hotel is beautiful! We loved the big breakfast. The price was affordable and the customer-service was top-notch. Thanks, Arrowwood, we had a great stay!
