Loved it!. We thought the food was fantastic and the wait staff really really good. Our family of 7 did the family style brunch where they brought bigger plates of food to the table and you pass them around. While the "standards" were delicious (pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns), the standouts to me were the biscuits and gravy, omlettes, and off the charts smoked salmon with bagels, capers, cream cheese etc. The staff attentive and everthing came out fast, hot and yummy. Our waitress was so congenial and the food was so good it seemed like a steal for the price in my opinion. I would definitely return.

Excellent service on a Saturday evening. Had the Chilean sea bass. Was melt in your mouth delicious! The waitress amy was prompt and the chef came out to great us. Zach was a good hearted hard working man who happened to be the owners son. We will definitely come back.

I want this restaurant to do well. I do. It's wonderful to have a restaurant back in the marina and another dining option available in the Bayport area. The food has been good. It's the service that needs work. Bartender took over 20 minutes to make a drink while I stood there waiting. The bar was not busy at the time and she seemed to be in quite a surly mood. My friends were all done with their drinks by the time I was served mine. Service is just as lackadaisical when sitting down for food. It took a server 15 minutes before he greeted us and took a drink order when being the only table seated in his section. We have waited 20 minutes for our check when our server had only 2 tables. Waitstaff does not seem to know the menu well and has trouble making recommendations. I love the layout of the restaurant. An outdoor patio, a screened in sunroom and a beautiful dining room all have views of the river. Live music on Friday and Saturday nights has brought some great musicians in. I felt the owners missed out on a huge opportunity to wow a large crowd when they catered a marina party. Food I have eaten as a patron of the restaurant has been good. Food was less than impressive on the italian buffet they catered for the marina. The most watery, flavorless alfredo sauce I have ever tasted. Like I said, I want the restaurant to do well. I like having the option available to walk up there for a drink or a meal. I feel frustrated by the problems with service and the missed opportunities with the marina catering. I hope they can get their service issues figured out soon.
