We were visiting from out of state and we were amazed with the level of service this little place provided during both visits. The gentlemen at the register was very friendly and provided us with info and suggestions on the best way to take the milk teas. We noticed that the staff was very attentive to both customers and the milk tea itself (the gentleman working on the orders looked like he was making sure each order was made to perfection-- my understanding is that he is one of the owners). Place was a bit busy but service was quick. We had gotten the Matcha Milk Tea (with oatmilk as suggested since I'm lactose intolerant) and the special for the day. Both delish! I had gone back to order another special to go and the gentleman at the register remembered the name to put on the order as well as confirming if it should be lactose free since I mentioned it during our prior order.

I will say that the hours here are a bummer! Who’s only open for 3 days a week? Please get normal business hours! Secondly, this is probably the BEST milk tea I have ever had! You can taste the freshness! Will defiantly be back!!

Unmatched customer service, absolutely incredible boba tea experience from start to finish. I have personally been to boba all across greater Seattle. Sure, the lines may be long some days but it has ALWAYS been well worth the wait. I have been going here for 4+ years and have never ONCE had a bad experience. Alex and his team make delicious, unique, customizable (check the Facebook for rotating recipes) hand-crafted tea out of love and truly care for each and every customer. Thank you DTB!
