I waited 45 minutes for my order and they had to remake it because they messed it up. Thankfully they caught it and it ended up being delicious, just wish it would have been a little quicker. The staff was really friendly too and apologized for the wait. Plant based pepperoni is amazing! Even if you eat regular pepperoni you should give it a try, delicious flavor and not greasy.

The assistant gm was extremely nice. They were really busy, he said, and they only had 3 employees so they were only taking online orders but he made an exception for my fiance and myself and got our food, which was wonderful, out to us in record time. Thanks again guys! We will definitely be back!

I understand that there is a labor shortage and that they’re understaffed. However, we paid for extra pepperoni and was definitely not given that. I get it, inflation has caused food prices to skyrocket. If that’s the case, then raise the prices but give people what they expect and paid for. Donatos was known for putting lots of pepperoni on their pizzas so there shouldn’t be any excuse for what we received tonight.
