Fantastic food, portions look larger. Fish was so fresh. Beef extremely tender.vegetables and tofu outstanding. Looks nicer with new tables and blue paint.
Gai Lan. Good gai lan (Chinese brocolli) with oyster sauce
Probably one of the best places for Hong Kong style food. This is our regular go to. Super friendly and great service. It can get busy at times, so be sure to order ahead of time for takeout, but it's worth the wait.
Best Cantonese food in the area. Lots of great dishes, but my favorites are: Pumpkin with Salted Egg, Salted Fish Chicken Fried Rice, and the Salt and Pepper Pork Chops.
Blue Sky is almost like our home kitchen, the food is exceptionally delicious, the price is very affordable compared to the other peninsula restaurants and the staff is always so friendly and kind. I'm so glad that they survive through the Covid hit and I hope they will be in business forever!
Get the claypot rice dishes. They do it right where the pot comes out hot enough to sear the rice, allowing a nice crust. Wait a bit after being served for the heated claypot to crisp up the rice that are in contact with its surface. Pour the sauce and mix. Very authentic Cantonese style claypot rice!
One of the best canto spots in the Peninsula. We order from here a lot and nearly everything we've tried has been top notch. The 3-item combo menu is such an amazing value considering you get so much quality food.
Don't sleep on this place. It may not look like a lot, but the food is super good and you won't be breaking the bank.
Great value for the money. Good for that we try to drop by and bring home. Hard working people that appreciate our support. Hidden gem.
My favorite Hong Kong food in town. Have not been disappointed by any dish we ordered from them so far, salted fish minced pork clay pot, Hainan chicken, steamed fish, garlic broccoli, porridge, etc etc. Good flavor and portion.
