The atmosphere is wonderful and every drink is carefully made -- not a burned shot or four hour old pot of coffee to be found. Very rarely do I go to a store anymore and feel like the product I'm receiving is worth what I'm paying, but here I feel like I'm getting far more than my money's worth. The staff is relaxed and patient, happy to answer any questions you might have. The drinks are fantastic, and the care that went into making my regular coffee was more than I've seen go into elaborate drinks at other shops. I don't work downtown anymore, but I'll happily commute if only for the uniquely uplifting experience of enjoying a coffee at Ebon.
Short summary of my favorite things:
- 'Avocado with Sea Salt' breakfast option
- 'Iced coffee' isn't diluted with ice, they keep chilled cold brew on tap (Amazing)
- Glass to-go cups!
- Fabric cozies for to-go cups
- Homemade vanilla infused syrup
Wonderful coffee and wonderful people. In my opinion its the best place in Billings to get coffee. If you have an inquiring mind, its also the best place to learn about the finer points of all things coffee.
We were looking for something within walking distance to where we were getting our windshield replaced and stumbled upon Ebon. I’m so happy we did too because this place was amazing!!! I got a chai and my boyfriend got an oak barrel pumpkin latte - both were absolutely amazing and the presentation fit so well with the clean, calm and comfortable feel of this coffee shop. Great job guys!!! And thanks for keeping us warm on a cold day
A charming little place with a really friendly proprietor. I ordered the milk chai, and I am pleased to say it was perfectly made. No steeping over or under, and just the right amount of milk and sugar. I had a waffle too that was massive and delicious. I couldn't finish it but I sincerely regretted it.
This place is awesome. The coffee is 10x better than S***bucks and well-priced. Lots of places make cappuccinos taste like coffee-flavored milk, but this was nothing like that. The Brecktangle was super tasty, too.
Coffee nerds, this is the place for you. Stellar coffee (best I had while in Montana). Very cool ambiance as well. I'd come often if I lived in Billings.
Home-brewed Kombucha. The perfectly-balanced pull of espresso.
Fine art.
Needed: café jazz à la France
I prefer coffe made with fresh roasted beans from a good roaster! This place honors that and delivers with passion!
Best cozy coffee scene in Billings. Unique and classic drinks, delicious gluten-free breakfast options, and knowledgeable staff. Connected to a gallery you can browse while you sip.
