I was at a church women's conference in Birmingham tonight which ended late and the group I was with was hungry. I knew that Paramount was open late (although I had never been there past 8pm) so I suggested we go there. We walked from the BJCC and learned when we got there that it was 21+ after 10pm and we had 3 minors in our party. Nothing else I knew of was open so we were going to get food to go and take it back to our hotel. The staff did better! The adults were seated on the patio and the minors were given stools out by the wall on the sidewalk where their "to go" orders were served. We ate and had a great time! The food and service were excellent! Thank you for making our night such an adventure.

One of the best bars in Birmimgham. Very good food, great beer selection and cool atmosphere. Definitely 5 star.
