Black Sheep is awesome! We had dinner here for my sons birthday recently and it did not disappoint. The portions are larger and food is great. They have a good wine list. The owner Brandon stopped by and talked to us for a while and was really friendly. Service was 5 star!
Just taking a day trip to Blue Ridge and luckily decided to try Black Sheep Restaurant for dinner. My meal was delicious and plentiful. Service was just shy of amazing. I arrived a little earlier than the dinner service so there was a slight delay and momentary confusion but overall it was great. Reservations are RECOMMENDED, as I had to sit at the bar because all the patio seating was booked for the evening. Lots of seating options are available (Outdoor patio tables, porch/indoor bar and upstairs/main floor tables...). Full bar for wine, cocktails etc. Cozy upscale casual atmosphere perfect for a intimate gatherings with friends and family. Although this place rises above your typical mountain town eatery, the Bread pudding desert was a little lackluster but not horrible. My expectations were really high after my meal. Pricing is on the higher side and parking is available on site.
My husband and I shared our anniversary here and had an amazing time. Morgan knocked it out of the park, we were both so happy to have him as our waiter. I've never had duck before and he made it sound so good that I had to try it. It was seriously so delicious!! We left with two full bellies. I wish we lived closer so I could come here all the time. Amazing atmosphere, food, and staff. Seriously, Morgan was awesome.
This place is AWESOME!!! The brunch was amazing. The oysters were fresh and delicious. Service was phenomenal. Overall a great experience and will definitely go back.
Amazing spot, the duck and chicken are incredible and the staff are so kind, not to mention how gorgeous the restaurant is in itself. Wish we'd have found this spot before our last day in town.
