Delicious! I tend to go for the savory fare, so I tried the empanadas and pizza rolls and I was blown away at how delicious they were. I've also had their cupcakes, brownies another sweets and everything is decadent and gourmet. It's so nice to come into an establishment like this and feel secure that everything is 100% vegan.
My only criticism is that there is nowhere to sit down, other than these uncomfortable rock-hard bleachers without a table. There is also a small standing area with a very narrow little platform, but only two people could eat on it and the place is usually packed. I hope that in time, they decide to get rid of the bleachers and put in some tables and chairs so people can sit and relax while they're eating. Points off for atmosphere, but still 5 stars for the food.

The food is amazing and I'm so happy we found this place. We tried the buffalo cauliflower empanada, black bean and corn empanada, spinach and garbanzo empanada, potato and broccoli empanada, the strawberry cupcake and the butter beer donut. Everything was fresh, the cupcake was moist and my daughter loved the almond milk shot! The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because there isn't a single table inside. It would have been perfect if we were able to sit down somewhere to eat our lunch. Instead we had a picnic in the car! I'm glad we bought some extra donuts to bring home (winner winner, donut dinner)!!
Update: I just changed my 4 stars to 5 stars because we have been back four times and tried just about every item on their menu (pizza roll, cheddar chorizo roll, Napoleon, cookie dough cupcake, and chocolate chip cookie sandwich). No place compares to Parlour! Also, my daughter lost her shoe in their parking lot and we called them when we realized it. They kept it for us until we could come pick it up. The service and food are so amazing that I can overlook the fact that there isn't a place to sit and eat inside.
I go out of my way to come to Parlour! Their empanadas are to die for & they have one of a kind sweets with so much variety. The decor is adorable & the staff is really nice. Must try for anyone but especially a vegan in SoFla!
I'm hesitant to give Parlour 5 stars because it's one of my favorite hidden gems! :) I've been coming here every day (for a week straight) and it never disappoints. The pizza rolls, black bean empanadas and mini cupcakes accompanied by a Cold Brew coffee are to die for! You guys rock! Oh, and see you tomorrow! �

Best vegan bakery with great food. Awesome desserts. The Tres Leches cake is simply out of this world.
Mac and cheese is very tasty and full of flavor.
Empanadas are very flavorful and good tasting.
The Mish Mash Cookie is little salty, little crunchy, little nutty and little of everything one can enjoy.
Tamale 🫔 is frozen took about 45 min to cook, but the taste is so good and never had one as good as this.
Vegan is not bad at all. The spinach and cheese pastry was sooooo good. The black bean pastry was savory. Great customer service!
100% VEGAN! Amazing place. Always a beautiful and clean bakery case. Beautifully done!! Great atmosphere. I love getting this guy here,their pizza roll with their pesto sauce,its great! 10/10 would recommend! Got a chance to try their St.Patrick's day sandwich and it was really great!
Delicious vegan food. Pastelitos are mouth watering. The food is unique, creative, and most importantly very tasty. They need to bring the Cuban Sandwich here from Plantation because it is WOW. Food is absolutely amazing here, very friendly staff, overall 10/10
one of my new favorite places for when i visit florida. every single little treat ive tried from that is DELICIOUS! GET THE MISMATCHED COOKIE and thank me later. they put potato chips and pretzels in a cookie. and its all vegan which is super inclusive for everyone.
the staff is also friendly! the picture i posted was their brown butter latte with almond milk. so good as well.
