The lady that took my order was really rude, I told her I needed a second and she ask if “I needed anything or not” we went through the drive thru and she was having issues hearing us and kept yelling at me. We went and sat down outside to eat. Machines outside were messed up and the lady again started yelling at the other people who were trying to order. Interrupted them. And also was having issues hearing them. I’ve worked in fast food before so understand frustration but the lady clearly didn’t know how to handle it. We had to go back up and order again because the lady who took our order forgot a couple things. Food was good. Customer service was awful.

I drive for Door Dash. Tonight I went to pick up an order and the employees there were both rude and short with me. Apparently somebody had already come to pick up the order and driven off with the food (I found this out after talking with Door Dash support). Sometimes the app "glitches" or malfunctions, but the establishment will let me know that they've already released the order. Usually they don't accuse me of stealing and abruptly cut me off and end the conversation like the staff did tonight. I hope the lady who ordered got her food and that other folks have better experiences with this Sonic.

Best food for a quick stop. Make sure you give yourself time to eat it there while its still hot & fresh. Tater tots are the bomb-diggity!

The Chicken poppers were soggy and the onion rings were over cooked. I was very disappointed. I cant believe that they charged $9.50 for a cheeseburger, small fry and a med. drink. Prices have gone up enough that the food needs to improve.

food is always good, employees are always rude. I thought maybe it was just the teens which would make sense, but the adults working here are just as bad. If you loathe your job SO much, just quit. everywhere is hiring. we get it, you work at sonic, but you have the bare minimum job… it’s not that hard to at least fake a smile and be nice. coming from a literal teenager i can tell you it’s easy to fake it to provide good service.

Pretty sure the food made my bestfriend ill. Our order was wrong, half of it seemed like it had either been overcooked, or sat under a heat lamp forever, not sure which one. Hopefully just a bad day, and redeemable.

I really strongly feel this is the best Sonic location we have! They make everything so perfect, fresh and tastes amazing. I'll drive a couple miles further and take a bit more time .

I go here pretty often. Sometimes it's perfect, sometimes I have to tell the car hop which car they're supposed to be delivering to, and sometimes ill get my order along with someone else's. All in all the food is usually pretty good.
