West Flanders Brewing Co.

This is my second time at West Flanders Brewing Company, and I am really impressed. I really like the beer they had. Also, the location is fantastic. Especially at night, there are lights along with the brewery, and very beautiful to look at. Also, I must applaud the considerable amount of indoor/outdoor seating. I finally got to see the whole brewery, but it had a very relaxed and calm atmosphere thanks to warm orange hues of light. Also, the food is fantastic. I had the Chipotle burger, and it was so juicy and tender. It really hit the spot after their beer. Their skinny fries are packed with flavor and cannot be missed. However, it is very a popular spot, and service can be caught up at times. The staff that attended me twice were very friendly and courteous. Please be patient, and it is absolutely worth your time and money.

We came here on a food tour with Local Table Tours. The staff treated us great. They got us in and out as we were running slightly behind schedule. We had the mac and cheese. It was creamy and the pasta was cooked perfectly. I feel it had a slight beer taste to the cheese. This is not a bad thing. Then we had this bacon wrapped fig with goat cheese. It's called devil something. Crunchy, sweet, tangy, and creamy. All in one bite. Phenomenal. Great view of the Flatirons.

Got to sit on their lovely patio- they were busy on the Saturday we were there- and some people were getting a little annoyed- but we had a great time. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable- he recommended a great flight to sample and the Chipotle burger that we split-it was great- a nice bit of heat to it. A little disappointed that it didn’t come with fries at 13-14 dollars for the burger. Would definitely go back!

You need to try their poutine! It was three of us and it filled us all (two guys and one girl). Their flights seem a little pricey but they are 6 oz pours. Totally worth it. Its also in the center of all the activity in Boulder, def worth the food,, drinks, and location. Next time I'm in the area will def be back!
