Beyond incredible food, awesome atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly and knew the menu so they gave really good advice on what to get... must get the crab chips! And the seafood salad was the best seafood salad I've had. Yummy fish tacos too. We will be making a 35 mins trip just to eat this food! So happy it came up to KY!

Great food and great service. Who would have expected to find a really good seafood place this far from the coast?! I love shrimp and to state as simply as our server put it "shrimp is great.". You can't go wrong with the shrimp platter named the Bubba sampler. Yep... Blackened, lightly fried and broiled shrimp with a side of roasted potatoes and steamed vegetables. It was all wonderful! We also had the Voodoo skillet, lump crabmeat sandwich and oysters. We shared the crabby chips. They are a must if you like crab. But I suggest you share! As much as our minds wanted the white chocolate peach cobbler we simply couldn't do it. We really enjoyed the decor too. Lots of cool industrial touches but in keeping with a seafood motif. This is a really cool spot and we plan to return. It will be our "fix" in between trips to the coast.

Great place. Wife and I are originally from S. Florida. We have been looking for a decent seafood restaurant. Steamer was better than we expected. We ordered seared, blacked tuna. It was just a touch beyond seared, but was still very delicious. We ordered the garlic mussels. Absolutely wonderful. Full of rich butter and garlic. Mussels were perfectly cooked. Very large portion. Could have been a meal by itself. But we had to have more to see what Steamer had to offer. My wife ordered the shrimp basket. She said that the shrimp was done right and not over breaded. She finished them all. I ordered the grilled mahi. It came with vegetables and potatoes. The fish was a large portion cooked perfect. Lots of flavor and very pleasing. The atmosphere reminded us of the restaurants we are used to visit on the water in S. Florida. Our server, Emily, was on top of it. She payed close attention to our needs and made sure we were well taken care of. When she was bringing us the receipt, she brought us to-go ice tea. Emily, you are awesome. The price was great. With all that we ordered, the quality of the food, and the experience, it was well worth it. We will be back and we will recommend Steamer to our friends. Thanks for a great lunch.
