Chick-fil-a Boynton Beach

I am almost 9 months pregnant, so you can visualize my size. This morning as I pulled into a full parking lot (not unusual) I noticed there was one space available that was between two cars. I parked my car and then opened my door to get out, but because the space was to small for my rather large frame I was unable to get out of my car. I had to get back in my car and proceed to the drive through (frustrating and embarrassing). A car pulled into the parking lot behind me as I was getting in line at the drive through. Unbeknownst to me the lady felt as if she had the right before me. So, she got out of her car as I pulled to the intercom to order, she got in my face and called me every cuss word in the book. I stared at her in pure shock and then proceeded to place my order (as she was still screaming at me). I got to the window and Faith (the manager) and Ray Lynn were so sweet as they handed me my food. Faith said, “it is on us” and I asked “why”? Faith said, “to make your day a little better” I can’t express my gratitude enough. I left there crying (I am sure the hormones had a lot to do with it). I wasn’t only crying because they were so sweet and the free food, but because of the lesson learned. It is so easy to get caught up in our own emotions in this world. We are humans and we constantly make mistakes and people will always consistently upset us, but our reactions to those who upset us is what is the most important. Kindness always wins. Anger only effects the person who is expressing it, but kindness will affect and touch many more lives. So, Faith and Ray Lynn, thank you for being kind, thank you for reminding me to express kindness even when I am upset. You two truly are an example of the core values of the company you work for along with being an inspiration to others. You two show that simple act of kindness can make a huge impact in someone’s life. Thank you

What I love most about chick fil a is the customer service and how fast their drive thru is. Well, tonight I waited 20 minutes and was late to work waiting in the drive thru and it wasn't even that busy. I didn't complain because I figured some dumb customer was probably complaining about something else holding everyone else up. I just wanted to give a shout out to Bre and the other employees for once again having incredible customer service. When i got up the window, I found out that they were giving everyone in the drive thru their meals for free because of how long the wait was. Chick fil a, you never disappoint! P.S. you also have the best sweet tea in south florida
