This is wonderful, vegan friendly place. They have dairy-free cheese, and even toppings like tempeh and tofu. The service and food is always great.
Our server today was actually enthusiastic about serving my family a vegan pizza. The kitchen manager even payed my family’s table a visit and explained that he himself was also vegan, so our order was particularly important to him.
This is a safe place for vegans and vegetarians. You don’t have to jump through hoops to avoid meat and dairy here. Mellow Mushroom makes it easy. The Brandon location in particular is great. My family and I will definitely be back.
This was our first visit. We've been all around Brandon trying new places, but somehow we've overlooked and bypassed this one. We arrived at 9:40 and they close st 11. We were greeted & seated quickly. Brianna was our waitress and she arrived just as quickly. She asked if we'd been there before, and since we hadn't, she kindly and thoroughly went over the menu and made recommendations. We went with pizza and a sausagefest calzone. Both were great. I love their pizza crust, so soft and chewy. A little mix up with our order but that didn't deter from the good food and service. Definitely will return to try their other menu items.
P.S. people..... don't be a dick and walk into an establishment 10 minutes before they close and ask to be seated. You leave work on time and I'm sure they'd like to as well. Yes someone did that as we were leaving.
Our waitress was awesome and the food was delicious. I recommend the Holy Shitake pizza. Excited for them to finish building the one in our town.
It's excellent pizza! I'm from Indiana and they take me to Mellow Mushroom every time I visit them in Florida. I don't have a Mellow Mushroom in the town I live in. I would have to drive ninety miles to get one in Indiana. I would recommend it to anyone!
As always the food was great and the beer cold. Our waitress was awesome. We had a large party, 11 in total and she was very attentive to our needs and wants
First time trying — I enjoyed it. Pizza was very fresh and the dough is so soft. The pricing is very reasonable, I was pleasantly surprised, $18 for a large. Slices are huge. Wish they would’ve gave more pepperoni. Service was quick and friendly.

Update
Last night my husband night came here for a date. We really enjoyed ourselves we had some delicious alcoholic beverages. As well as the pretzel bites with A special fondue cheese Along with chicken wings. It was all very good and we had a wonderful time. I discovered several different drinks that I Enjoyed. My husband found Some that he enjoyed as well. This is a good place to come for their appetizers and use appetizers and beverages. Originally I gave this place a 3 star because I'm not as fond of their pizza but I'm bumping it up to a 4 because of their drinks and appetizers. The service here is really good as well so they deserve a 4 star. Thank you to our waitress last night for helping us out sorry I can't remember your name. You are a kind young lady and we appreciate you.

My family came here yesterday for dinner. While the outside of the restaurant may not look like much the inside will definitely capture your attention. When you walk in you feel like you've been transported to a different place. The designers We're definitely in a different state of mind when creating this place. It has beautiful rainbow colors everywhere. The kids loved the place they asked me what the designer was trying to create I told him Alice-in-Wonderland 🤫.
The kids really enjoyed their pizza my husband and I thought the place was OK. The food and drinks here are reasonably priced. The booth sitting was comfortable. The bar looked nice and the place was big warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was pretty quiet. The lighting was not too bright it was a little dim which was nice.
Their menus were very creative too which I enjoyed and and of course how to share. This is definitely a place you have to come and see for yourself 😉 Because the pictures don't do it Justice.
Mellow Mushroom has been the place I go to for my celebration drinks. I really enjoy the atmosphere, food, and the drink selection is great. I personally recommend the Classic with a shot of Hendrick's gin. They also have a good selection of vegan options which I appreciate.

Mellow Mushroom in Brandon. The garlic bread was delicious pizza was really good not 2 bad on price for portions. The menu has a really good variety, service was fast and friendly, not a big wait time even for a Friday night, atmosphere laid back good place for a fun date night or family dinner.
