I went over this morning to get an ice coffee. My order is simple I say it clearly. I asked for a large ice coffee with 6 shots of vanilla, 6 cream and 6 liquid sugar. When I get my coffee after waiting 10 minutes just to order, I get half way home and realized my coffee says: 2 extra swirl, 6 vanil
Closed due to staffing, but didn’t update the app. So it took my order and money, but I was not able to get my coffee. I filed a complaint out on the app and asked to be contacted. It’s been a few days and nothing from Dunking.
Never a problem, FYI going in the store is usually not a option but the drive thru is always open. Actually one time I got up to the window and realized I forgot my wallet and the person just gave it to me so that was huge and it was only for a couple donuts but still that just doesn't usually happe
An iced coffee was just what I needed and the Boston cream donut was good!
Made our coffees perfect 😍
Also tried the chocolate mint flavor this time.
Usually we get the Irish cream flavor. It's a close tie 😆
It was okay:) drive up got my coffee maybe took few min.s to get my order :)& the coffee was good .
The order taker was very pleasant but the order was not correct. Order the hot coffee got a ice coffee. Missing one order of ham and cheese roll ups and a breakfast sandwich was supposed to be egg-free and it had an egg. Total messed up order
Didn't open on time had to drink nasty coffee from combies....
