Tacos y salsas is my only favorite Mexican spot in Colorado. I don’t know about the authenticity since I’m not Mexican but I like their meat. Its always well cooked! Meat is not soggy like in other restaurants I’ve been given very soggy, low quality beef. On top of that the price is reasonable, their tortas are huge!! I recommend their tortas or tacos which are also big!

I've lived in the greater Denver area for over 16 years and am a bit disappointed that I only now discovered this place. They have gigantic breakfast burritos (seriously you only need one) and really tasty over stuffed tacos. I love that you can pick and choose from many salsas and (within reason obviously) have as much as you want. Lunch specials are dirt cheap (the one I got was 5 al pastor tacos for $5) and they provide decent service. If I'm in the area there's no question where I lunch. Always leave a couple bucks tip for takeout, these folks work hard!
