While at home, I placed my families' order online. I waited in their designated parking spot for 20 minutes. I phoned the store to say I'd been waiting for 15 minutes. Immediately my order was brought to me, with several apologies, to which I said thank you each time. Once home, the Receipt time I noticed was 739pm. I called at 8pm after arriving at 740pm. I realized then I actually waited 20 minutes before calling them. Food & drinks were good as usual. Surprised by the wait and wonder how long I would've waited if left up to them. 🤔
This place was really good! Chicken was so juicy, amazing flavor, perfect crunch. I loveeed the dipping sauce. Reminded me alot of zaxby's which we don't have in BA. so I'll definitely go to Canes more now!
HOT FRESH CHICKEN every time! Staff was super friendly! We came in after a late flight, they took great care of us even when it was close to closing time! We LOVE Cane’s, for the sauce, sweet tea and of course the chicken! We will definitely be back!
There is a manager there named Robert and a young lady there named Megan today who helped me out in January 5th 2021 I forgot my wallet at the house and they regret to them form them I did so The young lady at the cash register told me hold on one second sir to which by my surprise they actually covered my meal, I've always loved going to raising Cane's and that right there is the type of kindness that Cain's serves as well as delicious food and that will always have me going back to the broken arrow location raising Cane's The people there are awesome and kind so to everybody at raising Cane's thank you very much and especially to Robert and Meagan
Best chicken anywhere in the US. I travel every week for my job and I haven't found anywhere else that tops Canes!
