We needed a table for 4 and a high chair. We were seated right away, and our server took our drink order and returned promptly for our food orders. The menu selections were a good variety. I ordered a delicious salad, which was very satisfying. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals, and our service was excellent. I am so glad Cafe Hollander has a location at The Corners. We have dined there several times and have been very pleased each time ~ thanks!!

I love this location! Great atmosphere and service. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait but we were seated within 15 minutes of arriving. Austin was our server and he was great — very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, though, our mussel order was wrong. We ordered the roma tomato mussels but received the white wine. It was very busy so we mentioned something to Austin but we weren’t too worried about it. Not long after, a manager approached us about our order and offered to give us another order of the correct mussels. We declined because the ones we received were delicious (and we frankly didn’t want to wait for another order — we were getting full and probably wouldn’t have been able to eat them!) The manager was so awesome and said because we were so nice he would comp the mussels we originally received as well. It was very nice and not necessary. It just goes to show that a little understanding both ways goes a LONG way! The only “complaint” I have is that we checked in online to reserve a place in the waiting line and when we arrived the hostess informed us that they weren’t taking the online check-in. She wasn’t very friendly about it nor did she provide an explanation as to why, on a Wednesday at 11:30am, they weren’t allowing online check in. It didn’t matter in the end because we needed up in the same place in line but it was discouraging to be greeted a little poorly. If it allows us to check in online, I feel they should have accepted it. I won’t take any stars away for it because everything else was wonderful! Can’t wait to come back!

Went there for the first time on Sunday for brunch. I've read some of the other reviews and I feel bad for these people having such poor experiences. The food was good, no wait to be seated. There is plenty of room in there. Our server was decent. Everything came at a reasonable time. The mimosas were amazing. I only had 2 and ate food and still had to walk around a bit before driving :-). Overall I had a fantastic experience however I'm a bit Leary of going back due to so many bad experiences by others.

One of my favorite spots on the planet to enjoy a Bofferding beer, plus the food is always great. I recommend the salmon.

From their bier to their food, you can’t go wrong! Their knowledge and customer service are on point. It’s the perfect spot to come with friends and family.

Really cool atmosphere and the beet burger was amazing. Not sure how healthy this sandwich was but it did pack an amazing amount of flavor. If I was ever back in the area I would definitely return and get the beet burger again.

I reserved an outdoor dome since we had dogs and out of town guests. It was a fun experience to eat outside in the winter. The service was good and the pomegranate mule drink package we selected was tasty. I liked all the appetizers and the breakfast tacos. The side potatoes were super bland and others in my group also did not like their potatoes

never been here before. drove from Chicago to try the food here...we were actually at another restaurant waiting for a table for over half hour when we decided to come here instead. Told there was no wait, and we were seated immediately upstairs. the place is huge - filled with all kinds of interesting decor and old pictures of Europe and 50s-70s style advertising plastered on the walls. we ordered the pretzel battered cheese curds, they just tasted like regular battered cheese curds maybe we were given the wrong stuff I don't know but they were good anyways. We were so thirsty and were kept entertained with endless refills of coke and diet as we waited for our meal. we had the chopped chicken salad along with the salmon salad and our third member got the burger, I can't remember the name of it (there's actually an artistic painting of it in the parking garage), without bacon. the burger came with fries which we all shared and they were absolutely fantastic. they were a little crunchy and stayed warm which was just perfect. these are the best fries I've ever had I think. the cost wasn't bad but being in the evening at this time of year the sun was shining through all of the beautiful windows right into my face. I suggest sitting downstairs or on the east side of the restaurant if you go in the evenings and don't like angled light. the food was very good, but probably 10% more than I think it should be as far as cost. it's still worth it. our waiter *Josh* was very attentive and came back many times. Sat Oct 16 2021. Total bill $65ish with 3 meals, appetizer, large coke, large apple juice. Thank you Josh and crew! We'll be back

I'm really not sure why we waited so long to go back to Cafe Hollander as it was even better than I had remembered. We had visited the Mequon and Wauwatosa locations before and have never been disappointed. This was our first dinner at their Brookfield location at the Corners. It was a beautiful early Friday evening on July 9th when we stopped by to give this location a try. Cafe Hollander Brookfield, like their other locations, has a modern European gastropub vibe. The restaurant is very big with multiple floors and an AMAZING rooftop outdoor seating area. There were a lot of customers dining but, the place is so big and so well staffed it didn't seem crowded or overly busy. We were greeted and seated promptly and courteously. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Aside from the food, Cafe Hollander has an extensive beer selection with an emphasis on Belgian beers. What was a really nice touch was that each beer I ordered came with a specific glass made for that beer by the brewery - it was cool to drink each beer out of glassware that was designed with the best way to enjoy the beer in mind. We started our meal with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts. This brussel sprout appetizer easily makes it into the top five list of best foods I've had this year - yes, it is that good. The sprouts are crispy fried and seasoned with an amazing combination of parmesan cheese, pickled peppadew peppers and spicy pepitas. If you're stopping at Cafe Hollander, this is a must-order appetizer. For dinner we had the Big Smokey Burger (nice portion size, gooey smoked Gouda - bacon & avocado with a little kick from the jalapeno BBQ sauce - a seriously good burger) & the Bacon Avocado Chicken Wrap (again, a good portion size with great flavor from the blackened garlic ranch aioli) - crispy well seasoned fries with both. Overall, a spectacular venue and drinking / eating experience - we won't wait as long as we did to return and we'll definitely be back to explore more of the beer and food menus. Wish I could give more than 5 stars...

My wife and I stopped in for a quick brunch this weekend, and everything was excellent. There were several new menu items and our server Hannah was very helpful in explaining them to us and recommending items. We ended up splitting the new avocado toast and the berry Brie French toast. We will definitely be back soon! While we didn’t drink this time the bloody Mary’s are always amazing as well!
