It was our first time there. The menu is a bit complicated, but the server did a very good job explaining it to us. The cocktails were awesome, the food was delicious and fun, our server was super! and over all a great evening.
We didn't mind paying the prices, but you should know it is a bit pricey...worth it in our opinion. More of a special occasion place than an every day place. Take your sweetie there, she'll love it! (it's romantic!) Highly recommend.
We had our Christmas staff dinner here last night and it was fabulous. Every detail was taken care of in advance. Our server Caitlin was super attentive and helpful.
We did the four course party meal. It was a lot of deliciousness from the cheese fondue appetizer to the decadent dessert dippers for the smores & turtle chocolate fondues.
A wonderful meal with great people. Thank you for making our holiday celebration so nice.

Came in for cheese and chocolate with one of my girlfriends. Nick was our server and everything was fantastic. The manager, Kyle, even came by to see how we were doing. We had a great time. I recommend the loaded potato cheese fondue!
I fell in love with the melting pot the first time i went! Be prepared to take a long afternoon lunch. Not only do they give you enough to eat, but you are relaxed and enjoying the company you are with. Allow a minimum of 2 hours. This is not a fast food place, but they pay attention and make sure you are taken care of. Today we had Sarah as a waitress and she was great! Food, ambiance and service...Excellent!!!
They never fail to provide the most amazing dining experience for my wife and I every year for our anniversary. This one was 19. We always have a good humored server too which allows for a much more relaxed and good natured evening. Tonight, Zach was taking care of us. He apologized for being new. We said, “No worries! We’ve been here enough to tell YOU how it all works!” And the “ice” was broken. We will have Extra dirty martinis with Brie & Bacon cheese to start, California salads, and the Big Night Out (coq au vin) finishing with S’mores chocolate and Billionaire coffee. Absolute perfection! You will not be disappointed when you embrace the Fondue experience at The Melting Pot as we have for many years. Tell them Jason & Jodi sent you ;-)

Usually when you go out to dinner you are doing it so you don't have to cook. The Melting Pot has perfected the art of making you cook your own food and enjoying it so much you don't really care. It is a unique experience where you can sit, guilt free, and eat a vat of molten cheese covered bread, carrots, broccoli, etc... then they give you the image of healthy eating by serving a salad between courses. Next up is the MEAT course. My favorite dipping sauce is the cheese. (Yes, more cheese) We tried the MOJO sauce and it was really good. Last but not least is the chocolate. I could easily sit and eat the whole pot. I love the turtle. Strawberries, bananas, rice crispy treats... all covered in chocolate and caramel. Can't go wrong... Al, our server, was incredible!! She was very attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable. She's only been there for a couple of months but she served with the panache and ease of a seasoned pro. I would highly recommend wearing pants with some stretch to them. If you have maternity pants, wear them. You won't regret it.
As usual the experience was amazing with the exception of the toddlers crying and screaming.
The food was awesome we each had the beef lovers entree, with the tempura batter and oil to cook the meat. For desert we had the caramel Toffee chocolate dipping sauce which was to die for.
Hopefully they decide to go child free or set a minimum age limit for children. We would have rated it five stars if it weren't for the toddlers ruining the ambiance of our experience. This is not the first time our experience was ruined by toddlers.
We had an awesome night for two! Perfect ambience and privacy for a couple's night out. Tracy made our night even more special adding all of the little details...we literally couldn't have asked for a better waitress. We left bellies full and hearts happy. It was our first time and we'll definitely be back for more!
I thought it was a cool experience. Great for couples. Would highly recommend for a date or an anniversary dinner. Having the fondue made right in front of was a lot of fun to watch and allowed for customization and tailoring to your wants.
