At first when Lovejoys opened it was my go-to spot for after work decompression. They have the cutest little outdoor area in the back. However once it started becoming more of a party destination, I backed away a bit. The customer base has gotten a bit sloppy and rude.
That being said, the staff there is always kind and cool to me. Sometimes I still go, but earlier in the evening so I don't catch drunken people leaning over me at the bar
Hosted an event here over the weekend. Lovejoys has some of the best ambiance in Brooklyn, and an exceptional staff to go along with it. They are very accommodating and see to it that all guests have an amazing time while visiting. Would 10/10 recommend as a venue to host or just for casual drinks if in the area.
The MOST BEAUTIFUL bar in Bushwick! Lovejoys is perfect for special occasions, birthdays, private parties, or date nights. It’s quiet and cozy on most nights, and when it does get busy it always stays classy.
The staff is awesome, friendly, and super accommodating for private parties. Drinks are delicious, and well worth paying a little extra.

I descended on this spot with 30 - 40 friends for my birthday and the team at Lovejoys couldn’t have been lovelier. The space is gorgeous - upscale but whimsical - and cocktails were divine. They saved a spot for us in the back and we made use of the backyard as well. Can’t wait to go back.
Bar has a gorgeous aesthetic. Beautiful details and nice ambiance. The drinks were decent , I had the lovejoys and it was ok. Loved the vibe of the place and the music. Would go back
