Excellent cuisine, decent prices... but more than your average Sunday breakfast.
If the weather is nice try to be seated outside....great patio...by a water reservoir that's home to a few ducks.
A must-have is thier version of Huevos Rancheros....they call them Diablos. It's an incredible tasty hot dish...best I've ever had.... friends ordered, and then raved about, the following plates: salmon bagel.... barbaquoa taquitos, and a Cuban sandwich.
They also have a full bar and freshly made coffee. A great place.
Lolas is a great place to have a small event like for 20 people. I did a baby shower for my sister in law and the place is perfect. The table in the back next to the window is great! It has a nice view of the resaca outside. The chicken salad is a great option to get for everyone. We ordered all stuffed avocados with chicken salad I gave the option to pick a salad or soup and to pick whatever they wanted to drink. We had 3 children and the options for kids are really well served and tasty! Everyone was happy the food is delicious the service is wonderful and the prices are resonable! Really recommend Lolas❤
We are originally from the Valley, but don’t get to venture much in the Brownsville area. We stayed over after a wedding and checked out this place for Sunday brunch. Great atmosphere, coffee and food. I had the Egg Diablos and they were spicy but really good. It had a bed of tortilla, Black beans and I got mine over easy. My hubby had the barbacoa flautas, first time I eat barbacoa that way and it didn’t disappoint. Definitely stop by if you are in the Brownsville area! Get here early, it is very popular!!

Great pastries, breakfast and atmosphere.
The food and service was fantastic. I ordered the iced caramel macchiato, and the waffle and chicken with 2 sausage on the side. The chicken was probably one of the juiciest chicken I have tried. Our waiter was so nice and cute. It was our first time eating at Lola’s bistro, and she answered all our questions about the menu. Would definitely go again 10/10 recommend 👌🏾
Wonderful and well worth the price! The service was the perfect amount of attentiveness and friendly. My food was served hot and it was probably the best pasta I've ever had in my life.
Never a disappointment. Food, service, and the whole atmosphere are generally awesome. Food is fantastic 😋 always love the way the staff answers any type of questions regarding the food.

Great service and delicious food. There's lots of parking, but it can be tricky to find a spot, especially during rush-hour, on the day we arrived we were immediately greeted and shown to an available table with a view of the resaca. Lunch was served quickly. Great service.
Overall had a tasty experience! The service is good! Everyone was super friendly and happy. Their take on Eggs Benedict is delicious even my toddler loved it. The Bloody Mary’s and Pink Gin drink were amazing.
Constructive Feedback: The waffles weren’t as fluffy as we’d like them. The uniforms could be a little more tidy for the ambiance of the restaurant. Either way we will definitely be back!
