I don't usually go to McDonalds. Every once in a while I will try a new one just to see if it's ever better. It's not. In this case I got a Sausage Egg McMuffin. Muffin was burned, sausage was burned. Eggs were rubber. Hash browns were barely recognizable. It was like biting in to a piping hot rice rice cake. Why do I bother?

Went for breakfast at 4 am & the guy running the drive thru was very polite & friendly. The service was great, the food was ok as good as it can be...considering it's McD's.

If you order curbside, you have to go through the drive through window to pick it up. Also, the app said I'd get a free drink for ordering but they tried to charge me for it and it took 3 people to sort it out. Food was cold by the time I got to it.

Drive thru personnel rarely friendly. Have untrained teens at pickup window, not paying attention or greeting customers or saying have a good day...
Food is so so. Only bad a couple good experiences at this location. The one on University is much better.

The staff was rude and the food was cold, even after we had to wait a little. Our order was incorrect and the soda was flavorless, like the syrup needed changed. I know it's Mcd's so I don't expect a lot. But this day at this location, service was subpar.

They dont even deserve a star. The store manager was the rudest ive ever seen. Embarrassed me in front of the customers. I ordered from the kiosk and when my receipt printed, it was blank. I went up to tell her and she just cut me off and yelled thats not you OJ…umm i didnt ask about that. I was trying to show her my receipt and snapped again…thats not your order! I looked surprise and again i tried to explain what i was gonna tell her and again she jumped and snapped at me again! I asked for the manager and she said she was so i asked for the store manager and she said 1 second and she continue to finish the other orders. Then she asked me if i need jelly and i said i need your store manager and she replied that she was the store manager and said is i had any complaints to call a number and pointed at it. I took the picture and told her to have a blessed day because she needed it. McDonald’s what type of people are ya hiring? Oh i forgot to mention that i used to be 1st assistant manager and this is unacceptable.
