This is really a mom and pop store—I used to work here 20 years ago! The couple that owns this place are really kind and hard working. The crepes are delicious, as are the apple pie bites!

OMG this is delicious ! I was just walking by not planning on eating anything. But I saw those crepes and couldn't resist :) they have a great selection of crepes and hot panini. I got a crepe with Nutella strawberries and bananas. This is amazing! I would definitely come back and recommend others to try 😉

Appleseed has been serving amazing crepes for as long as I can remember. I’ve been a fan here ever since they were located in their kiosk location in front of the escalators about 15 years back. I’m love-crazed for the Paris- bananas, roasted almonds and Nutella. I also opt for the strawberries and whipped cream to round out this delectable dessert. Perfect balance of sweet, tangy, chocolatey-Nutella and aromatic pastry. A must-try when visiting the Burlington mall.
