I really enjoy eating all of the plates they have to offer. The steak is always well seasoned. The rice is my favorite. One complaint is that the chicken is a little dry. That isn't a problem when they put the teriyaki sauce on it, but sometimes I get very little and one time even no sauce on the chicken. The steak is a tad dry too. I even ordered it medium but it was still well done. Still tasty though! I really enjoy the veggies that come with the plates. I think depending on who is there the portions change a little. I wish the plates always looked like the ones they posted because they are amazing! Their yum yum sauce is a must. I love to put it on the rice or dip the meat in it. I hope they stick around. The food is always cooked fresh when you order.
First off, it's a food truck!
Secondly, it's one of the better food trucks I have tried across this nation, with beyond amazing grill fried Japanese food. The menu is pretty minimal but pick anything and you will not be displeased with the taste, quality and quantity of your meal. The fact that they don't serve alchohol and that it's a food truck prevents me giving it a 5 star rating.

Food is fresh and delicious. Best food truck ive ever been to in terms of service speed, cleanliness, and food quality. Lunch times seems to yield fresher veggies than dinner though
