Friendly's

Its quiet, clean, and the food is good. My only complaints are the pricing and amount of upcharges they have. They present reasonable prices on the menu, but charged $2.00 because I wanted grilled chicken instead of crispy chicken on my wrap. They charged $1.50 for peanut butter sauce on my wife's sundae. Neither upcharge was told to me or my wife, it just showed up on the bill. Sodas are highway robbery at $2.79, but they are refillable. The mozzarella stick appetizer is a must have, but a little steep at $8.99. Wish I could do 3.5 stars. More positives than negatives, but just can't give them 4 stars.

Second time at this Friendly's and not by my choice. Food quality is slightly better than what I'd imagine a prisoner in a state penitentiary gets and the portion size was very small on a large plate. "A basic sandwich with single layer of fries spread out on a large plate" small. Turkey BLT looked nothing like the menu picture. Took 2 bites and had it boxed to go. The picture I took is exactly what I received. Ice tea was watered down. Service didn't account for much. I felt like my presence was hassle the moment I arrived. Kid was happy with the brownie sundae. If it wasn't for their desserts this place wouldn't exist.

Dont go to the restroom unless you are absolutely done and ready to leave!!! I let my drink, boxed food, bill, and personal belongings lay on the table while I ran to the restroom and came back to a group of people waiting for the table to be wiped to sit down!!! The manager offered an apology which was nice but the point being... I wasn't done!
