Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

I have been buying food from here for many years, never been this disappointed with an order. This review is for one specific order. Ordered calamari, online, when I got it delivered, the portion size was ridiculous for 17.99. Picture attached. UPDATE: the restaurant contacted me and refunded the money for this item. Appreciate that.

Got the 4 for $40. The salad and rolls were awesome but the pasta dishes were all very small compared to a normal meal. Also there was barely any sauce and the chicken parm was burnt. Can’t believe I’m saying it but the Brockton one is much better. Also the spaghetti and meatball(s) as in multiple meatballs only came with one very small meatball.

I found Bertucci’s in Canton, MA. To be very clean, well run and adequately staffed. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about menu items. Great menu variety. I ordered an onion, ricotta and chopped tomato pizza. It was cooked to perfection with a thin wonderful crust. It was the best pizza I have had in the longest time! I would highly recommend visiting this Bertucci’s for some great eats!

I sat at the bar, Joseph served me. He was amazing. He made me the best drink because I couldn’t decide. My food came out so quickly. It was delicious. I was by myself waiting for my nephew be done with his appointment and he was so friendly and he’s great with customers. I highly recommend this place.

Went here for the 80's throwback prices which I do not think the restaurant staff was ready for the amount of people it would draw in. The waitress was running all over the place and was either new or overworked she seemed very perplexed but was nice. We got a salad which was big enough to split but, we were not asked what kind of dressing. I had to ask for a different kind which they did no problem though she was unsure which dressings were in creamy style or not. She forgot our drinks/bread but remembered before we asked and rushed them out. We arrived at 12:00 and left by 13:30 and the dinning room got pretty packed. Another waitress did arrive 1/2 through which did help out. My wife ordered the chicken broccoli and ziti which she enjoyed. I had the small sporkie pizza which had way way to much cheese and under cooked. I asked for it to be remade which they did and the second one was fine. I am not a huge fan of Bertucci's pizza to begin with it somehow always comes out burnt but also underdone. For the price during this special I cannot really complain $23 for 2 meals, a salad, a cannoli, and 2 fountain drinks. They did not charge for my drink not sure if it was because of the pizza issue or because they just were running around but hey free drink! Side note the highchair we needed for our child was very dirty and we ended up needed to get the carriage cover out of the car.

The manager and Linda the waitress were outstanding. The entire team was fantastic. The dining experience was wonderful. The idea for the beginning of July and second week for throw back the prices to the 80s is very thoughtful. It really helps with inflation in every direction. The dining experience I would say was as great as a summer day. The prices were great. The Sporkie and antipasto and hot bread with oil Delicious. I Highly recommend Bertuccis to everyone I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Keep up the great work even with shortage of help. The Restaurants need our continued support and patience. Remember patience is a virtue. There are worse things going on in the world. Waiting extra minutes like a traffic light shouldn't ruin your day. Prepare to be very thoughtful patient to a restaurant they need our help more than ever. 10 stars to Bertuccis
