The past several times we have dined at Fujiyama's we chose to just do a dining room option instead of the hibachi, and it has been fantastic. The service is so good, as is the food and you get everything very quickly too I might add.

I'm temporarily stationed in Carbondale, IL for work and have been looking for a decent sushi place and I think I finally found one that's good quality and reasonably priced! I had the Springfield Roll and Butterfly Roll. I will definitely come back to try some other menu items while I'm here!

Fujiyama Japanese Cuisine in carbondale is a true delight. We went and got the hibachi. The cook was awesome!! He entertained us with the coolest tricks!! Everything was cooked perfectly. My only complaint is the quality of the meat has gone down. It's a difference of night and day between lunch and dinner. Besides that Everything was great!! 4 stars today just because of the meat quality. 🌠🌠🌠🌠
