Franco’s is the best restaurant in Baltimore. All the food is homemade on the premises. Their sauce, pasta, and pizza are the best I’ve ever eaten. The staff is always friendly and I feel like I’m at home when I eat there. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience!!

We were looking for a place to grab a bite after moving my son into UMBC. Walked in and had the best meal. There were five of us and we sat at the bar. The bartender was courteous and knowledgeable and friendly. The house wine was perfect. The pizza was amazing and the freshness of the ingredients was apparent. I ordered the vegetable risotto and thoroughly enjoyed it. I did ask the pizza maker for some shavings of cheese for the top to bring out more saltiness : Amazing!. We plan on returning often.
