Customer service isn't great. When my food was ready one of the employees laid it down in front of me instead of handing it directly to me. I would prefer limiting the amount of surfaces my bag touches because of germs. He seemed a bit upset, rude, and annoyed. 👎
Everytime I order an iced coffee they use granulated sugar instead of liquid sugar... it doesn't dissolve and just sits at the bottom of the cup which means the coffee is bitter at the top and pure sugar at the bottom. Coffee is always great. I had a miscommunication with the staff today and the manager was very nice and very patient with me even though I was acting annoyed. 5/5 excellent service.
This Dunkin shorted me 9 cents . The total was 8.99 she gave me back 8.90 after I offered her a quarter and she said no. The manager then preceded to get a attitude grab there tip jar and give me a dime like I was wrong. Very rude. Very poor custumer service.

They are quick, but why are they one of the only restaurants that CHARGE MORE money and give less? I ordered the same Med Coffee, Bagel toasted with butter, egg and bacon. On Frederick Ave I was charged $6.98 b4 tax and given 3 strips of bacon, plus they charged $.50 for butter. I was charged $7.?
