Big Dunkin fan, frequent several locations - but this one is the best. I know when I order here it's going to be made correctly and with care (no mess on the side of my cup, or lid unsecured). And the staff is super friendly.
It's always a pleasure to go to this Dunkin.

It was the worst coffee I ever had. No flavor taste like hot water with cream. Hazel hut flavor hahahaha what a joke. 😠

We took out coffee and hash browns at around 7 pm, both are bad, hashbrowns are literally burnt, which is unlikely of Dunkin Donuts, belive it's a bad timing or store.

Went through drive thru. They had us park. After about 15 mins I went in I was ignored by the worker. our food was towards the back of the drive thru. Some of our food was cold. We will not be going back. The manager wasn't happy with the drive thru.

They were out of almost every type of donut by 9:30am and totally messed up a simple order of plain coffee with cream and sugar on the side. The drive thru line was long and I have no idea why it they can't cover the basics.

Tried to upload short video so you could really appreciate my review but a photo will have to do. Service was fine, coffee was tasty however you go to dunk in’ doughnuts for doughnuts which were disappointing. The Bavarian cream was bone dry with zero filling. When I say dry I mean, extraordinarily dry- need something to wash it down dry plus no filling was ever in it - ever. It’s easier finding Waldo than the filling. ☹️

The young man that took my order was extremely friendly and very professional. I had to wait a little longer for fresh green tea but he was sure to get the rest of my order to me while I waited. I went inside the store. The restrooms were clean and it was during a busy lunch time. One employee was scrolling on her phone while it seemed he did all the work. He asked her nicely for help with the customers. All in all, highly recommend.
