This is the best JJ in town. We come so often the team recognizes us (and our usual orders). And their customer service is wonderful. I made a mistake ordering once, me, it was all me not the staff. I went up to the counter and explained that I had meant to order something else, they immediately made me a fresh sandwich and told me not to worry about the extra sandwich. Customer service is hard to find, especially in Champaign. Not only does this team understand the assignment, they excel at it!
