Our first time at Edge Nutrition, Jenny welcomed us warmly to the shop. She explained that we pick a meal-replacing shake like picking ice cream flavors. The low calories shakes were packed with nutrition and had lots of protein (14 grams I think). Yet they tasted delicious! The teas were invigorating and both good in cold and warm. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun. If you get a shake, make sure to get raspberry lemon wedding cake. SO GOOD! We will definitely be back.

Becky is awesome! She can provide a general nutrition plan and then help you work in some of the things that are typically restricted (like wine). The whole staff gives off very positive and inspirational vibes. I haven't participated in any of the on-site exercise classes, but I've heard great things!
