Nice place and they take good care of vegetarian people by cooking in the back (Kitchen) and not on the same grill !!

I love that you can make your dish, how you would like. There are many combinations waiting to be made! Staff is always very friendly. The restaurant has been clean, meats kept cold, and thongs aren’t crossed over. The regular is a good portion, don’t let that little silver bowl fool you. Once you add the choice of noodle/rice/cabbage and a fried egg, it’s plenty to feed two!

Stumbled by chance while trying to figure out what to have for dinner. Absolutely love this place. Good selection for a healthy and fresh meal. Love the sauces I've tried so far! Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Will definitely be my go to place from now on!
First time here and it won't be the last. The $10.99 lunch special may seem pricey. But, it is worth every penny. Fast friendly service. The place is very clean. And, the nice thing is that they serve lunch specials until 3 PM. You make your own bowl. All of the ingredients are fresh with a wide variety of sauces to choose. Great place for lunch with plenty of space to have friends or family to join.
We love to support a Locally Owned and Operated establishment any chance we can. Staff was very friendly and helpful - establishment was very clean and presentable. Food was very good, I just wish there were more noodles for my meal.

Get inside, collect a bowl (you can choose if you want a small or large one), pick from a range of raw meats (chicken, pork, beef, crab, fish etc) and put into your bowl, then add from a good variety of spices, then add your choice of veggies and fruits, then add your choices of sauces (in different cups) and give it to the grill master to grill and include sides for you. You will most likely love it!

The best thing is that you can choose all kinds of meat, as much as you can fit in their bowl. They have lunch specials Mon - Fri 11am - 4pm.
You choose how your dish will be. I tried different combinations every time. My fav was mixing fish and crab with Blazing and Sweet chili sauce + some veggies.
The staff is so nice and so thoughtful. They really want you to have the best experience! Also it is the only restaurant I have ever been to that gives TEACHER DISCOUNTS! ( We deserve it !!!)
This place is kind of like a Mongolian version of Chipotle‘s, but More laid back, a lot more choices, and way better in the taste department! You get 5 or 6 choices of meats — as much as you can fit into your bowl and whatever combination you like (or some of everything!!!). A great choice of unique veggies including water chestnuts and bamboo shoots! There are 7 or 8 spices you can add and about a dozen sauces that you can taste and then choose what you want — all self serve — take your time! You can make your meal crazy hot or with no heat at all (my preference). Then the cooks empty the contents of your bowl onto the grill along with an egg and a choice of 6 starches and cook your meal to perfection!!! (see short video clip below).
Everything is so zesty and tasty!!!
