If you're a BBQ lover, you have to try Scotts BBQ at their new location on King St in Charleston. Rodney Scott the owner and pit master greets guests from all over the place as they serve the best BBQ pork and chicken with their speciality vinegar base sauce complimented by great sides like Mac n Cheese, Collard Greens, Fries and more. Everything I've eaten at Scott's is DELICIOUS !

The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient. I had the pork BBQ sandwich which was good second only to my own. I hope my mom doesn’t read this. Rodney’s sauce is the flavor I have grown thru many decades eating and was fantastic. If aliens land on earth they will hit Mr. Scott’s restaurant to eat I bet they’d get the banana pudding that we missed too.

Our family reunion was in Charleston this past weekend. Rodney Scott’s was at the top of the list for places to go- and rightly so. Our group was big, but we were able to get in and enjoy the great food. Those that were not in our family soon felt like family as we filled in and joined in good ole southern conversation. The staff was very friendly. And the food was great. Looking forward to coming again at the end of the month.
