I tried to get reservations about 4 weeks before our trip to no avail. I was disappointed I didn't try sooner. BUT I took a chance and tried again about a week and a half before and was able to snag a 630 time slot on the day we arrived to Charleston. McCrady's deserves more than a 5 star rating. Out of this world food and service! We opted to do wine pairings and I'm so glad we did. It enhanced the food and our experience. I would have done this tasting every single day we were there if I could! And that caviar.... I wish I could eat a bowl full! Sean Brock has created a spectacular menu not to be missed! I can't wait until our next trip because McCradys will be on the top of the list again.

Oh my gosh. The wine pairings with the food got better with every tasting. The atmosphere was quiet, intimate but every server gave us a great description of the wine and what was paired with the wine. It was one of the best culinary experiences we've ever had. Highly recommend!!! We will be back because there is nothing in Raleigh that compares.

Excellent! A wonderful experience! Highly recommend to “Foodies.” Best part - I wore casual attire and didn’t feel out of place or underdressed. Nice to be that level of experience yet not have stuffy dress code. Win win.
